Territory Sales Officer

PRAN-RFL Group is looking for energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated individuals to join our nationwide sales force. As a Territory Sales Officer, you will be the face of our company, driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Appoint, manage, and support distributors and retailers within the territory.
  • Ensure proper product placement and visibility at retail points.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely order collection and delivery.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide regular feedback on competitor activities.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the supervisor.

Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Experience Requirements:
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, especially in the FMCG or consumer durables industry.
  • Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and a passion for a career in sales are strongly encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
