RFL Plastics, the country’s largest manufacturer of plastic household products, is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Control (QC) Officer to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure they conform to quality specifications.
• Identify and document any defects or deviations from quality standards.
• Operate and maintain quality testing equipment.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain quality records.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify the root cause of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards (e.g., BSTI, ISO).

Educational Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering from a recognized university.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced factory environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Basic computer literacy for report generation.
